ARE YOU RACIST?

It's not enough to be "not racist", you have to be actively "anti-racist", and I couldn't agree more with this statement. Being racist isn't as black and white as simply hating black people or people of color. It's the hurtful stereotypes, subconscious biases, prejudice, internalized and institutionalized racism. All of these are detrimental to the well being of POC, and it's not up to black people to educate white people. All we ask is to be treated and respected as human beings.
