A lot of people really enjoyed my last podcast about Imposter Syndrome, so I thought I would do another episode on Mental Health. Retail therapy has been my most effective coping mechanism recently. It hurts your wallet, but it definitely makes you feel better. A less costly alternative is yoga and chatting shit with friends haha.
